Professional life coach, mentor and author, Ciara Elle’ joins the Talk 2 Q Radio Show to discuss how you can get control of your life.

Disturbed by what she saw on reality television, Ciara decided to be a role model for younger ladies to show them what makes a real woman.  She started her Go Get It! Life Development Agency to provide coaching and counseling services for young women.

All of this has inspired a book that she’s written called “B.A.I.T.”  That stands for “Believe Affirm Inspire Transcend” and the book is filled with encouragement for teens.  I’ll ask her about it and more of its contents as we learn more about Ciara Elle’ and what she ultimately wants to achieve.
