Even though society has progressed quite a bit, daughters are still taught to grow up and get married. Finding that elusive prince is something that many women seek to do as soon as they’re old enough to put on a training bra.
However, what do you do when it doesn’t happen soon enough for you? When you hit 30, is that biological clock really ticking? Should you be ashamed of going to weddings alone while your friends “jump the broom?”
Joining me to discuss this will be two of my favorite Twitter followers: Laniece and Melanie! They are both single, under-30 and eager to contribute to the conversation!
I’ll ask if there’s pressure from friends/family, the impact on self-esteem, or if being single and pressured can cause desperation in settling for less in a mate.
